Circular needles: 4 mm
Gauge: before felting: 17 stitches x  26 rows = 10 x 10 cm using 4 mm needles; after felting: 21 stitches x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm using 4 mm needles

Yarn: 100 g of Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn (40 g of color A and 60 g of color B). The navy and cream bag was knitted using colors Almond 2511 (color A) and Night Sky 5591 (color B). You can use any substitute for the yarn but make sure that it’s a 100% wool or it will not felt.

Workflow: The Shore Bag is worked from the bottom up. The base is knitted flat, then stitches are picked up around the edges of the base to work the body seamlessly in the round. The handles are worked separately on both sides from picked-up stitches. The finished bag is then felted.
